Chackarin is a Partner of EPIC Legal & Tax. He practiced law for more than 15 years, specializing in the areas of foreign investment, Foreign Business Act, intellectual property in Thailand as well as other countries, commercial and corporate.  For taxation, he provided advices on corporate income tax, VAT and other tax issues, tax planning, tax compliance, cross border transaction tax and also dealed with the Revenue Department on certain tax controversy cases. Before joining EPIC Legal and Tax, he was Legal and Tax Director at Bolliger & Company Consulting Ltd. (formally Bryan Cave Thailand), Chief Legal Counselor at UBE Group Thailand, a lawyer at Deloitte Touche Thomatsu, Bangkok Office and a legal officer at Siam Cement Group.
